How long are the carburetor bolts? 5/16x1"?
And is the vacuum port I assume is 3/8 NPT with 3/8 nipple for 3/8 Hose?

First off what "sixpack" manifold? A,B,RB,HEMI, early/late? Edelbrock, Weiand, Offy? factory in-line style, tunnel ram style, STR? lots to chose from?

Why would the bolts that attach the carb flange to the manifold differ with engine/brand?

Yes, 5/16" X 1" should be fine. Pretty sure the vacuum fitting is 3/8" NPT

The six pack carb bolts I have are 1.125 if my memory’s correct. They have the “H” bolt.

Thanks I have some like that but the finish is bad.
I assume no washers under them. Mine are 1.25" long.

No washers. I’ll measure again to make certain.

I dug out one from my 70 Superbird with a cast iron Manifold. It’s the same measured with a dial caliper is 1.095. It’s the same as the bolt I posted which cam off of a 69 A12 or an AAR cuda oem.

H bolts I have seen are 1 1/8", but I have also seen RSC head markings at 1 1/4". Not saying the RSC was used on a 6 pack though.

Not to Hi-jack, but what is the best gasket to use? ( carb to intake ) plus if gasket is thicker would that change the length of the bolt needed? Thanks, Kevin

The only gasket I'll use is the tan 1/16" thick O.E.M. cardboard gasket,if the carb base is not 100% flat, the paper thin black gasket will "usually" leak and they are a b#tch to get off the carb base if they have been there a long time. There are a few aftermarket gaskets that I understand are very good but I have never had any experience with them.

Most all of my intakes are aluminum and that’s where all of these come from except my one cast iron Superbird. They are all the same length. I just bought some gaskets from Superperformance and they look nice and thick. I’ve yet to bolt them up on this car.
