I've been saying since I built my 434" small block that I thought it should run 6.30's and tonight it did! 69 Dart, 3350#, pump 93, 6.33 @ 108.42 mph, 1.40 60'. It started out pretty hot but finally cooled down, about 20 minutes after the run it was 68°, 94.4% R.H., 30.19" B.P., D.A. 649'.
I'm pleased with the run and feel if I can get the 60' down it may run in the high .20's.

Thanks guys. I only got to make three passes, a guy in a boosted Vette pushed out a head gasket and put anti freeze down and it took forever to clean up. The first pass the car felt like the front end was raising then unloading the tires, this happened four or five times. I tightened the rebound on the front shocks two clicks and went back this time I tried the trans break, that was a mistake. This CRT brake has never been right in first, in second gear it woks great. Anyway I turned on the stage lights, hit the button and came up on the two step, the car bumped forward and red lit, then blew the tires off on the hit. Before the 6.33 pass I tightened the rebound on the rear shocks two clicks. My buddy was in the water box and said the car said the car left clean and went straight down the track. I'm looking forward to see what it'll do in the 1/4 at Bowling Green next month.
