just bought reproduction scoops off of ebay without instruction,i was wondering what scoop is the driver side scoop and passenger side, i think the higher part side goes on the outside of the hood since the hood is taller in the middle, and the scoop should be flat when sitting on the hood, but i want to be completely sure before i drill the holes, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks paul

I looked at a few pictures and it looks like the taller edge is on the outside. It would only make sense, the scoop should be almost level on top when installed. If you need some dimensions on location I can check with a friend who has a 72 Duster with scoops.

i have a glass hood so i just put them where i wanted.if you have a steel hood you need to make sure the opening for the air is in between the inner frame of the hood.also the bolts will line up correctly.
