Looking for the tap/die size for a 727/904 neutral safety switch. Thinking of making a shifter activated switch out of one. Micro switches are nice but seem too fragile. Thanks in advance...Rick!

I measured the shank on n old switch, 665 thou. Thread pitch is 16. Threads are straight cut. Maybe 11/16 drill.
