Throttle stop? Super Gas?

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

with a small block mopar from a duster. biggrin
to the OP : i'm just having fun....... meant no disrespect.

to get full throttle in your application, you may have to move the cable mount some, or change the arm of the carb ratio to cable hookup.
a pic of your setup would help with seeing what needs done.

Without a pic I’ll have to guess you have the cable in the Chevy hole. Chrysler pedal does not have enough travel, carb pivot has to be closer to the throttle shaft

Ditch the POS Lokar, they are a PITA. I could never get mine sorted, I threw it in the trash at the track. I just used the spare stock unit I had in the box of parts. All I had to do was add a piece of coat hanger and problem solved.

this is my thought as well.
a picture of the OP's setup would go a long way in offering suggestions for a cure to his problem.
