Redline radials might look nice.

They'll take a 15x8 wheel easily, and that width would be better for a 275 width tire.
A 275/60R15 will leave plenty of room; you could go quite a bit larger if you want.
With a 275/60 rear, I'd run a 235/60 or 245/60 front, on a 7 or 8 rim.
The current Road Runner is like that, and one of my previous ones ran 15x8s all around with 265/50 & 295/50s.
The 50 section sidewall's a bit short, though.

Personally I would run a 15” with a dog dish and redline tires. I have always liked how B bodies look with a 15 inch tire. If we’re thinking more modern, I like 15 inch welds prostars with a 275/60/15 in back and 235/60/15 up front.

I think that will fill out the back nicely!

The magnum 500's do look nice.If I were doing 15 it would be 8" rear with 275/60 and 7" front with either 225/70 or 235/70.Why not consider the 17x8 all the way around?I was going to do that on my 70 Polara with 255/50 all the way around. But I sold the car after 19 years a month ago.
