small alum manual box for a d100 truck has slop in sector shaft? pitman arm wobbles around in there. I think that's the sector shaft correct? looks simple enough but I have never bust one open.

how hard are they to rebuild ?

where do you get parts for the box at ?

any special tool or tips needed for DIY ?

For my 65 D100 box (not like yours), I used Midwest Steering: I suggest you try them 1st. My cast iron box was pretty easy, About the most difficult aspect of the rebuild was getting an inch-lb. torque wrench. Ask Midwest about videos, etc. on how to go about your rebuild.
