BUT, if the right (and I know it's getting less and less likely) '77/'78 Fury/Monaco A38/440 comes along I'm going to do my best to pull the trigger.
Have you seen the Car and Driver article where this was the fastest American sedan back in '77? I have it scanned to my computer and can send it to you if you haven't.

A reasonably welldone Cheetah replica would yank my wallet right out of my pants. Ya don’t see em, and I want one. Those are cool for sure i thought getting in and out of a Lotus was a pain, I'm too old and fat for this "Climbing inside a Cheetah takes the dexterity of a lizard. You have to simultaneously hold the featherweight gullwing door up over your head, climb over the impossibly wide and fragile door sill, and get your legs past the large diameter steering wheel and into the painfully small pedal box, which is radically offset to the left. " It would be like trying to climb into Shania Twain’s bed withOut waking her.......oh please may I have a chance? LOL.

Nope, different article? No color shots, but in the article they mention the test car is a pale yellow.

I've told myself that I will not be adding to my collection but if a '68 - '69 AMX or a '69 SC SC/Scrambler came along..... Exactly what I was thinking
