does any one make a timing chain set with .250" with SOLID roller bushings for small block ?

look for a lost art quality !

Not sure what you mean. Roller bushings, in order to ‘roll’ have to be hollow in order to fit around the pin. If they were solid, they would be pins.
Unless I’m missing something here....which is very possible!
