They looked exactly like yours. My 1972 400 block has only 1 vertical cut on the surface. 1.50 60Ft. , 10.75@ 127MPH Hauling 3900 LBS.

Cab_Burge I Win C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 43,115 Bend,OR USA	That's stock for lubing the back side of the cam gear Some blocks have one slot for oiling the gear, some have like yours Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
