I ordered a PPPshifter around May 7th. Got no response to phone calls or emails, at that time, while trying to buy direct. Had to go through John Holt Racecars, recommended by several on this site, to get it ordered.Ben at Holt racecars took care of it and was told it should be at my door in 3-4 weeks. The very next morning after placing the order I got an email from Brad at PPP apologizing for missing my calls and emails, and assured me my order was in the line. He said they were very busy. I wasn't even sure that they would be open at that time, with virus restrictions. I probably have about another weeks wait.If it shows up by then,I'm good.Call Ben at John Holt racecars, he is agreat person to deal with. (614)471 1022. they are in Columbus, Ohio Bill

Kinda wierd you call and call, they wont answer, or return messages. But if you call a vendor, they respond to them right away. Glad i have no need for anything from them

I had a ppp air shifter in my black Duster when I bought it with a 727. When I switched to powerglide I gave it to my son matt and I bought an electric ppp for my car. Being a very small shop it’s not the kind of business you can try three times a day to get ahold of them. You gotta stick to it and once you get ahold of them all is well. I went through it again when I wanted to upgrade my manually shifted ppp shifter in my heads up car to electric. I tried and tried and finally got ahold of them and placed my order. Again all went well. If you are the type that gives up easily you better hand the job of getting ahold of to someone else.

I know a guy who always seems to have one or two lying around, and has supplied a few guys here with one No I don't have one for sale know Shiloh got the last one But I am sure I will again have another You wont be disappointed once you receive it. IMO best to use a dealer as they get response quicker for sure. It is a very small operation for sure and not a lot of time for phone conversations.

I would assume if they are too busy to answer a phone you could leave a message and expect to hear back from them. If not, why have a phone I have a business, returning calls from prospective customers i think has to be an ultra high priority Thats just me, call me crazy. Lol

Not if I call you, my dear departed mother, or ppp.

I spec'd one off their website and had a vendor order it. I found out that you really need to talk to someone to avoid confusion. I wanted a shifter with the rear exit cable to go on a 904 with a rear entry cable. I looked up all their part numbers, and ended up with a shifter with a push away shift pattern, but the cable goes into the trans at the front. I tried to trade it back in but could never get in touch with them.
I would order another, but I will definitely go through Holt.
