I don't always paint them orange, certainly had a few though, 3 of the last 5 had orange for sure. I actually wanted the Stratus to be pearl white, but my sons persistence won out, and he is the painter Belvedere we sold a couple years ago was Maroon, Valiant was a Rose Gray, Had a Green and a Purple Duster, a 65 Belvedere that was teal, 68 Bee was Purple, well you get the point.

My other current race car is pretty boring..Although my son is planning on painting it now that he has time. This virus thing has him on the brink of broke. No one driving no one getting in accidents, no one looking to do custom paint projects and no new cars being sold means he is not getting any of that custom work either. He is just about out of work to do. Finishing a couple of the last total paint jobs he has now. Hopefully turns around for him soon

I knew some of you guys weren't afraid to spend money on this hobby.....Some awesome builds in here. Can't wait to hear how they all run.....

If you look at it carefully, that is a 1250 Dominator its sitting next to, and you will note how much larger the venturies are...., Book says it flows 1440cfm......Now I need a bracket to mount the pro-dash on my steering column.....

Motor has just had a mild freshen up (572) and ran a load of PB's last year, with a best of 9.51 @ 142.5. (6.002 @ 114 1/8th) maybe we'll get into the 9.4's if / when we get back out. When we're not in lock down we'll be getting back onto the 655. I'm convinced with the upgrades were doing to it, we will be .500 quicker.
PS we will paint the bonnet (Hood) of course.
