A buddy asked if I could deliver a few parts to a guy at Mopars Invade MoKan next Saturday.

After looking at one of the parts I just had to share pics and figured some on here would appreciate it.

I thought it would be fun to see who would know what it is or what it's for.

It is a hydraulic Flankensnirt. I used to collect those but I sold them to buy my house after I got married.

I think I can adapt that carb to my Victor intake but I might have to get Thumper to put a fine tune on it first

Looks like the great big brother to the predator carb I have.

I had sort of thought it looked like that, but when you move the throttle lever the throttle blades (if you want to call them that) open just off the lever like a regular carb.

Hint, the plane would have required two of these.

Very similar. I had a friend in the development of the predator, ended up good for tractor pulls mainly.
Is this a Chandler-Groves or Holley? I'm not familiar with all the variants, there were a couple guys restoring wwII birds that had some very similar on the bench.
