Just the basics, off the top of my head. Engine, trans, exhaust, wiring needs some mods, as far as engine mounts I don't know, never did a /6 to V8 swap on a truck, just A bodies.

You're gonna need pretty much everything between the core support to the transfer case. You may be able to use the alternator and starter off the Slant. The wiring should only need a couple tweeks. You will need V-8 mounts and brackets. Other than that it's a direct bolt in.
