HI all, I'm replacing the upper wormshaft seal.... the one where the steering column attaches to the steering box.
Anyway I have the replacement seal but when I look at the seal thats in there now it looks like its in there backwards ??
I guess what I'm trying to say is that the rubber lip side of the seal is pointing out (towards the steering column) with the metal
part of the seal pointing in (into the steering box).......just want to know if this is the correct position of the seal. I don't want
to f**k up a new seal.

Later, BUZZ
