Crazy story I need to share, Back in 2008 I bought a 1970 V code CUDA, fully numbers matching car. Long after purchase I did a VIN search ( 2013 ) and my cars broadcast sheet came up on this forums L&F, someone had found my cars broadcast sheet a long time ago, I was able to track down the post but there was one problem, post was from 2004 and contact information on post was no longer good, I never gave up.Fast forward to April 2020, I was on E bay and I came across some E body parts for sale, I started looking at the items for sale when the e bay users name got my attention, I knew that name from somewhere, but where? I suddenly recalled the name from this forums post so I took a shot and contacted the seller through E bay and asked if they were the same person that posted a lost and found add way back when. I really did not expect an answer with all of today's scams. A short time later here is the response, ( Good morning to you too,Yes it sounds crazy after 20 plus years since that posting, and yes, I am that guy. My email has been changed and I still have that broadcast sheet for a 1970 Cuda 440-6 BBL, no one claimed it, If you are missing your broadcast sheet email me your VIN and I will let you know if it is yours.) I was able to make contact with the person and after verifying that I was the owner, Broadcast sheet was sent to me at no cost, would not even take the money for shipping, Just asked that I pay it forward which is something I have done my whole life. Sheet is mint and all is good, THANK YOU MOPARTS.COM and the L&F Forum, KEEP THE FAITH, THERE REALLY ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE LEFT IN THIS WORLD. STAY WELL, STAY SAFE.
