Is there a replacement line available? I have a buddy with a 1987 W150 with a /6 and he needs a new line for the hyd clutch. I didn't look at it myself but he says it is a plastic line with quick disconnect ends. The line isn't available from Rock Auto or the dealer thought someone on here might know of a source. Or do people convert over to AN lines and call it good? I think Russell has quick disconnect to AN fittings so that might be the easier way to do it.

I looked it up for a D100 and it shows Centric 15167004. Same for a W100

Russell 640281 are the fittings to convert to #4 AN line.

they are hard to get pressed all the way in so the roll pin seat in the groove. a little fluid helps o-ring slide.

IIRC I hung the complete system and plunged the slave cyl pushing air up out of res cup then installed it on truck.

another thing to watch is the rod fall out and down into bell housing/I had to R&R the Nv4500/bell to get it out. ( a new one will have lock strips to hold rod in place and break after you pump it.

I used a hole saw and popped a hole in the very bottom of my bell for the next time I drop the rod inside I can fish it out.

good luck
