Someone at my job had the virus (He is OK and recovered). Ive been quarantined for the last two weeks. Took 97lbs off my car. Re wired to fix a lot of my "mistakes" lol I updated to a Go Lithium battery and to say it spins the engine is an understatement. With the ignition on it spins like it has no plugs in it. Today would have been the first Street Car Shootout at Cecil county. HOPEFULLY this virus is done? in a month or? and we can all get back to racing, and hopefully some new best ET's !!

Good to hear you seem to be OK concerning the virus crap. I am not on quarantine but I am using the extra time to rewire my car too after I set the engine back, made new headers and am swapping the front suspension out.
I am considering going to 16V now too since I am into the wiring.

We use a Go Lithium in our dragster and my car has a Lithium Pros battery in it. They work better than anything I have ever used and weigh next to nothing. Good to hear you are using your time to take out some weight. Best HP gain you will ever find

weight is certainly an issue ! too bad the infolink debacle made lee and the weight thread disappear. in my case, i remove weight, but i still have to install subframe connectors with provisions to attach a roll bar if the engine makes enough steam to get me under 11.49. [ ] i'll be looking for more places to hack excess. This one? https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/2246442/1.html

Care to share share where 100 was taken?? Us heavy weights want to know! Battery 42.0 battery tray 4.0 Alternator and brackets 12.0 Pass seat 17.0 ballast in trunk 15.0 2gals fuel 14.0 wire 18.0 It adds up to over 100, but I also put some back in, new battery and wiring On the subject of wiring, Voltage drops at the fuel pump and fan water pump are .20 volts, 1.2% Im going to check the voltage drop at the starter, the new wiring there was a huge improvement . I spent a lot of time re sizing wires, some up, some down. DOwnsizing saves a lot of weight. I changed the wire from the dist block to the fans/water pump and save 1/2lb on just one 5' length of wire !

This one? https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/2246442/1.html yes, that's it ! when FMJ [lee] had a bunch of issues, he bailed and the thread just disappeared after a while. it needs to come back.
