This guy must have the best advertising campaign in the world.

The situation is a little reminiscent of Mr. “Headbytes” from YouTube.

There were plenty of stories....... but people would send him stuff anyway.

I guess that I am one of the lucky ones. I bought some parts from him in 2015, sale went fine, I got what was advertised in a timely manner. A couple of years later I sold him some parts and didn't get paid right away. I finally got him on the phone about six weeks later and he sent my money by paypal within 2 hours. I haven't had any dealings with him since.

Court?
1. you have to serve him, he doesn't want to be served, he will claim he wasn't served, his wife will testify that he was in Iraq that day
2. he will serve you back with a motion to dismiss, based on nonsense, but you still have to answer it
3. he may have the whole thing owned by a corporation, in which all stock is owned by his dog
4. he will produce a contract selling the company to his cousin (wife, neighbor) that appears to pre-date your problem - "I don't own it any more"
5. he files for bankruptcy, and almost all of the claims against him are friends of his (to dilute your share)
6. if you get a judgment against him, the Court does not collect the money (!!!)
7. you still have to locate and identify his assets, pay the Sheriff to seize them and auction them off
8. some banks have no idea what a judgment is, and will not turn over his money until their lawyer says yes (yes, that's illegal)
9. you may get your attorney's fees back, but don't count on it

How would I know these things?

One more item not mentioned, all the above assumes the guy has a smidgen of wealth some where worth chasing in court, and that might be a rather big assumption.

And my lawyer always told me, he will defend me until my last dollar.

Spoke to another friend last weekend .. for reasons I don't understand because he knows better .. DUSTIN STRONG OF STRONG PERFORMANCE , got him for well over $10,000 .. I wonder just how much he has stole from people and still doing it

I went on a mission with a guy who tricked me out of $500 years ago. Got it back. $10K is just about enough to make me go rogue. I really hope I manage to avoid getting involved in a situation like this.

I think this is where Uncle Louie could come in handy and just break some legs.

Just curious since I ran into this post. Any new updates? I am too still waiting, talked to him in the middle of January, and it sounded promising. Now it's back to phone goes straight to no voice setup.

I understand most whatever equipment he owned or .. ? is up for sale , another two friends ventured over and got his parts and almost all of his money .. took 3 hours , he had to make some calls ..

but, has many, many upset people that he owes money to.
