I just ordered this to break up the quarantine a bit. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003OXQJE6/ The one thing I never liked about models was the paining part. But I was thinking I could just do it in grey primer and paint the front black like they used to deliver them. Thoughts? Any specific paint recommendations for any aspect of this build would be much appreciated! So far I've only ordered the kit and some Testors glue. Thanks! Have you seen my green 1970 Fury III convertible?

Then again, that info might be on the web nowadays. If you have a place near you that does paint dipping, something like a patina finish maybe ? Heck, if it's molded in a color, maybe just polish that and it'd be like a promo. Nothing wrong with the primer & black gelcoat idea, either.

So many colors to choose from, a little masking tape and multiple colors is possible. I suppose the black and white would work as well. Maybe built 2 models and experiment with one. Gene.

If you don't care for the painting part, I would go with the gray primer/black "as delivered" look. Easy to do and simple.
