20 years ago, that's what a car like that was going for in Calif in about that shape.
I can remember one a bit nicer pulling $5500.
But paintwork was a lot less expensive then.
There was a market for Hemi transplants.

I agree....A stroked 400 Big block with nitrous comes to mind. Add some cop car steelies, and 10" slicks.
