Trying to finish up a restoration on a 1970 A-Body and wanted to know what color (black or white) electrical strap should be used under hood - LH inner fender? The A-Body did not have any sheet metal replaced. Looking for feedback from the forum... maybe some has an unrestored 1970 A-Body or has some history on the color changeover between years/body styles?

It probably depends on which factory the car was assemble at and which vendor supply the ones being used on the assembly line that day Maybe body color did have something to do with which colors where used, maybe not All the early, pre 1971, Mopar cars I've own had black wire retainers like that is what I'm remembering now Even my early production white 1963 415 HP M.W. Belvedere had black ones back then shruggy:
Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
