Maybe so, I hope so anyway. My boxes are one MSD 10 Plus and coil and a MSD 8975 retard box. I've got my fingers crossed🤞 If worst comes to worse I'll have to find someone in the area to pick them up for me. I don't mind the length of time it taking to fix any problems with my boxes, it's just the lack of communication that's a hard pill to swallow. LoL

MSD just fixed my 6AL about 6 mo. ago.the rep told me they had no intentions of stopping service on older boxes GOOD, because the older analog boxes are much more reliable than the current digital crap they are making!
'63 Dodge 330 11.19 @ 121 mph Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs. 10.01 @ 133mph with a 250 shot of nitrous an a splash of race gas. 1.36 60 ft. 3,700 lbs.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Never used Techwest. But he's been around a long time. has a good reputation for his work at least, that I've seen. And he's slow. This time of year, with everything going on, I don't know what to expect from anyone right now.
And I expect the cops have more to deal with right now than ride over to his place and check on your boxes. The times suck for everyone.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

He's had/having some persoanl/family health issues. His work is good. The wait has been long. This has been an issue for about 1 1/2-2 years. He's overwhelmed. He should have the courtesy of not accepting new work until he solves his backlog. I agree, to many small business guys make the same mistake, get good at what they do and then make customers mad by taking on more work than they can get done in the time they tell the customers I much rather tell a customer it is going to take 3 to 4 months to build his motor and get it done in 6 weeks and call them to come pick it up
Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Well with all that's been said, I really would like some feed back from him if only to say he'll get to it as soon as possible you know. Not hearing anything is not cool at all. I don't know if I should wright off my boxes or have someone pick them up for me? Well for now I guess I'll weight a bit longer. Thanks everyone

Why not send a letter to him with a stamped self addressed envelope before doing anything else. He may surprise you.

It's weird reading thees comments. I contacted him last fall. Sent a 7al2 to him, he received it on a tues, he called me on WED. and said how much to fix,(total referb. w/ updates), and I had it back the following Tues. I was very satisfied. I hope it all works out for you.
