I was taking apart a 67 440 HP and found this strange fitting. Has provision for a sending unit and a mechanical gauge. Is this a stock piece? Thread broke off the bottom, but I can braze a new one back on it.

You could just go to the hardware store and buy a new brass fitting.

Aftermarket im pretty sure. There looks to be enough meat on it to drill and tap some new 18" NPT threads and put in a brass close nipple.

I always install a 'T' when putting an oil pressure gauge on a car/truck with the Idiot light to keep both.
My 84 Shelby had one from the factory. I think all Ralley Dash cars from the 1980's did.

Every truck or car that I have seen equipped with dual sending units always had a steel adapter, never brass.

Most of the times it’s been a square block with threads on the end and on one side.

Yes, BB has 2 pressure ports.
That Y would be nice on a SB, which only has one port.
