We keep hearing about 'supporting' a restaurant by ordering to go while the dine in part is closed. OK, I'm willing, so we ordered some Tex Mex from a local place. First off, it is a 'chain' not a local 'mom and pop' type establishment. After waiting over an HOUR AND A HALF for an order that was to be ready in '20 minutes' (not busy, just VERY disorganized) I get home and find this in one of the tacos. These are trying times for sure, putting businesses in positions they haven't been before, but this is still unacceptable. Would have been cute if I had broke a tooth, or choked on it. If you can't at least try to take care of your customers, maybe you shouldn't even be open? I fired off a letter to corporate voicing my displeasure and shared the same pic you see here. Not expecting miracles.

Taco was supposed to have shredded fajita chicken.

Thats about as bad as the time I opened an Asian friends fridge and screamed and closed it, what I thought was a bowl of baby hands was really big raw chickens feet.

I actually frying some chicken legs at the moment I just went to check them and one was humming like a ele. motor. When I realized it was the CL I quickly shook the pan and it stopped buzzing.

The refrences to pizza a couple days ago had me checking with our local family owner pizzeria. I asked them if I could get it take and bake and they had no problem with it. When I picked it up that included a hand written note on the box with instructions for temp, time and a "pop bubble check" @ 10 minutes. It was great and we plan to support them through this by going again and telling friends. A local well known and popular pizza and Italian food restaurant is doing their "Pizza In A Box". Their instructions say to make it a family fun night.

I will be ordering my first Pizza today since 11/5/19. The tip will include a sack full of quarters.
