Anyone know of a trim restoration company that buys old trim in bulk to redo for clients?

Plymouth, Chrysler, Desoto, Dodge, etc., some of it is 40s, mostly 50s, some '60s & mostly stainless.

Gee 168 looks not a single response?, kinda surprised... was hoping for some kind of response as I'm in the same boat, have a ton of stainless trim from 40's, 50' and 60's Chrysler/Imperial/Desoto/Dodge/Plymouth as well as Ford/Mercury, Pontiac and Chevy, most of it marked with year/application and grouped/paired to form sets, lots of individual pcs as well, half of it has already gone in several 55 gal drums for scrap (shame as it was nice trim) writing/posting individual ads on forums/Ebay/etc is getting old, esp selling it piece by piece/set by set, as well as dealing with the clueless mind numbing tire kickers, esp the ones asking for things that aren't advertised/listed, I'm just looking to unload the stuff cheap in bulk as well, otherwise it goes to scrap...soon

Possibly a local plating/polishing shop ?

Or someone who restores that vintage/type ?

Been trying to sell off some stuff myself - cheap - and it's a special kind of hell.
Another problem is shipping; that's gone up a LOT.

I’m in the same boat. Had trim handed down to me when kin moved. And I had stuff too.
Taken it to swap meets and end up just loading it back up in the truck.

The problem with internet sales besides the shipping is taking pictures of it all.

Only place worth taking it to is Carlisle and Columbus Nats.

PS-
I’m looking for thin fender and quarter panel moldings for a 62 Plymouth.

There is some wagon stuff.

Some of it is marked, but two visitors that really know the 1950s & 1960s cars looked it over & some of it is labeled wrong.

I have not checked with any trim shops yet, but I have not used any so I do not know who is close by.

One reality....

Over the last 2 .5 years i had been getting requests from a few past customers to do some trim restoration, but mostly "new" (1st time getting it done) and had been thinking about "getting back into it on the side"...

So started the process ie; looking for shopping for space, cost of anodizing, etc.. and providing some estimates for people, the end result (current market mindset):

Cost of overhead and labor 75% higher than when i quit doing it in 2011 VS What the market wants to pay is 125% less than 2011 prices...

Finding a MoPar wrecking yard that is buying may be the route to go? but are you willing to give it away before throwing it away?

I have 2 55 gallon drums loaded with longer pieces...Then I have two of the totes like you slide under a bed completely full of shorter stuff...

I'm lucky in the fact that I only have trim from cars I've parted out and nearly all of it was labeled when removed...

I've seen some guys at Carlisle with 5 or 10 Barrels completely full...It's mind numbing all the different stuff that could be out there...

Outside of finding the individual buyer looking for that one part it's tough to move any of it...

...FAFO...

I sell my trim to Bill at Special-T's as he buys my Dart stuff so he may be interested in yours also.
