I have 8400 miles on one and am happy thus far. Borgeson box with a 5.7 Hemi/TTI headers.

My factory box needed rebuilt, so I wanted to just go ahead with the new box which is smaller and lighter. Sold my original box to offset the Borgeson cost some.

Hi Goody,

Not trying to hijack post but your reply may help the OP. Did you run into any wheel alignment issues or the steering wheel not being centered after you installed your Borgeson box? There are some older posts that mention those issues.

No issues. I did shim the box for steering column alignment, but that's it.

On B-Body, not E-Body, but should be close? The Borgeson box and adaptor don't have a master spline, but the steering wheel does. If the steering wheel is off center, you can reposition the adaptor at the box input spline.
On The B-Body, No issues with headers (440 engine.)
Just need to make sure to connect the power steering pressure line to the correct port on the box.
The way the hoses are shaped, you would think the front outer port should be the pressure connection, but it is the inner rear port in my buddies car. Had to slightly bend the pressure line to connect it to that port.

Originally had the pressure and return switched, and the box self-steered full right on fire-up of the engine.

Just got the car running, so no miles driving yet, but the box looks like a nice part.
