What a cool truck. Are those tail lamps in the tail gate? Is that stock? They look old, but they also look weird/out of place.

They are not stock in the tailgate. Looks like someone modified it. Cool truck though. My brother has a 49 3/4 ton.

I think those are reflectors , we had one of those pickups when I was a wee young lad

Tailgate says "Knox" - if anything, it should be stamped "International" or the IH logo.
Knox quit in the '20s as far as I know.
But those look like lamps, not reflectors.

Cool truck; I like the design on them.

I have a soft spot for IH stuff, as my maternal grandfather was their plant layout engineer.

If they are tailights .. I'd suspect the wires would be cut off ..daily
