Sun definitely has gotten to it but it looks very original to me and maybe not priced to off for starters. Raise those T-bars

The light green showing under hood....would that have been a primer or was this a green car originally?

Also can't figure out the "340". It kind of looks like someone buffed them off.

I'd love to have this car. Something so dry and unmolested for the most part is a rarity. And if the "runs and drives excellent" is accurate, I'd change all the fluids, new tires, and start driving and fixing as I enjoyed it!

My money is on that the car was wrecked early in its life, and the stripes added when the repair was made. Too much green showing from the fenders and maybe someone 'chevy bombed' the engine compartment at that time? I'd hate to think the car was clipped early on. The body lines are all wonkers on the drivers side too.

It may be a 'survivor' but it looks like it's had a hard life.

Nasty dent in the passenger side C-pillar.
You can spot it in the video.

NO it's not a SURVIVOR. Bring that lump to a Survivors display and you'll be turned away. Cracked dash pad, wiped out dash bezel, wrinkled door panels....

I'd bet it was hit hard in front years ago...
Note paint under the peeling orange, and the black aprons...

Too much green showing. Either entire front clip was replaced or it was a green car. Trunk pics would tell story. What is that button thing in rear bumper on left side of plate? Also what does that emblem say on the fenders underr Duster? Does it say 'classic'? The body side moldings and stripe look terrible together.

the button is probably whats left of the air shocks that were on this car.

this car probably had a rough early life. probably has been rode hard and put away wet more times than you can count.
it's still a great starting point.

kwhmopar1 ,If you look at the ad on a PC and not your phone, you'll see a button for 'full size pics' and there you'll find answers to your questions.

Cool car but looks like it's had the front clip replaced and I see some signs that it's been on a frame machine. What looks like original paint on the firewall, but the inner fenders and front fenders were originally green.

Not really considering the car probably sat in a barn or storage for a long time. Who knows what could have fell on it.

I don't think it's a survivor either but I don't think the parts you mention keep it from being one. If those parts had been replaced with repops it surely would not be a survivor. JMO

A Survivor doesn't need cosmetic/appearance items to be replaced, just maintenance items like belts, hoses, tires etc. A Survivor doesn't need to be restored. At the major shows the Survivor display is always the first thing I look at . Its nice to see when a new car is is the display.

Yeah I saw the "classic" thing. That didn't worry me, I figured that was someone's dumb add on. I thought maybe the door fit was some hanging hinges, but the green underhood concerned me. If it has been hit, than yeah, I agree not a survivor. As I wrote, the Sun has hit it hard but I think if it hasn't been hit, despite the dash pad and face plate it would still be a survivor!
