Hope someone here can tell me what I am doing wrong. I have the car running, driving now that I want to start to play with timing ect. the msd6 will not connect to my laptop. I have two different laptops one Microsoft surface pro and one Dell. I have a tune waiting to try.
Yes Downloaded the correct Software per the website?
Help What am I doing wrong.

I think its a software issue on my laptop. I need to downgrade to windows XP.

I am going to buy a different one tonight at best buy, thanks for the tip. also MSD was a great help and said I didn't download the driver for my adaptor. It makes a noise when plugged in but I think I need a different one. I hope to figure this out one day this year!! LOL

It was the cord, new cord all is fixed and new tune is in the computer. super cool thanks everyone
