Made a White Dirty Rice with a "Very Light Roux"
Used Sausage, and Turkey that was frozen from a Baked Turkey.
Just like Jambalaya with no tomatoes.
We make the dirt rice like Gumbo with whatever we have leftover
With
Potato Salad with what some may say is too much onions garlic and boiled eggs.
Left Over made last night Beef Stew with a "Very Dark Roux" and too much onions and garlic.
