Does anyone know the present whereabouts of the above 1971 Hemi Challenger?? It was located in Caraquet in New Brunswick Canada up into the late 90`s . It was missing the Hemi {440 }. Car was Green Go, Shaker, 4 spd ,super track pack. Hood and drivers fender were damaged in an accident . Originally from Laval{Montreal Quebec } . Car was advertised in Hemmings and sold to the states. for~ $16,500 . went to possibly .... Wyoming???

Thanks..... yes that would be it !! Certainly taking their time in the restoration, but looks like it will be done right . When in Canada, the car could have been acquired as a trade for a small 15' speed boat ~$6000 {which I didn`t have } all prior to the owner finding out what the R meant in the serial number . Then advertised in Hemmings .
