Would it be wiser to buy the trick flow heads bare or fully assembled? Seems the bare price is close to an assembled head. Can’t imagine buying bare heads and assembling quality springs, seals, retainers, and locks would come close to the price of the assembled heads. Are the assembled heads assembled with quality performance components if the bare heads are close to the assembled price?

Buy them assembled.
They come with good parts.

Buy them fully assembled with the correct springs for your cam. They sell those heads with flat tappet springs, hyd roller springs and solid roller springs. Really nice kit of parts.

Thanks for the advise. My plan is to use headers with which ever trick flow head I choose. Will ignition wire melt down be an issue with headers? If for some odd reason would ignition boot melt down be an issue with hi-po exhaust manifolds?
