So John, this new shaft, did it come from the “Employee” that rebuilt my 48RE pictured? How about the “Employee” that sent me 2 WRONG t/converters? Or, the “Employee” that said, “ I will take care of you and the converter swap”? Instead, I was told I would get 5 or $600.00 or nothing, after I went out and bought the correct converter? Sounds to me like I got the shaft a year before this one came out. Jim.
