Hmm. Judging from the casting numbers it probably is early 60's and the transmission pattern looks like a three speed.

Part number 2128351 is for 1961 to 1964 C body with B or RB. Attached is the 1962 FPB page.

Wow I wonder where I got it, I can't remember, don't have many old parts.
I think this one lines up with another sb Bell I have though, so I think it's sb.

C body with a manual trans. Good luck ever selling that! There is probably one guy in the world who needs it and is willing to pay a bunch for it since he has been looking for 20 years. But good luck finding that guy.

My 64 300 was a three speed manual car. Back in 91 I found a 4 speed setup for is at Spring Valley Wrecking (I think), I believe. for $200. Some days I really miss San Diego.

I have one and I use it on my run stand, works great and don't have to worry about using an expensive one.

C bodies of that time frame only had big blocks, though finding a starter for it might be an issue. If it's like the one in my 64 then the normal gear reduction starter will not fit, nor will a 130 tooth flywheel.
