Working on anything under the dash can be a pain. Removing the dash completely is usually more work than it’s worth, so most are forced to succumb to laying on their back and fishing tools up through the jungle of brackets, wiring, and duct-work. Between a slight lack of visibility and a complete lack of physical working space, frustration is easy to come by.
