I recently bought a pair of TF Heads for my big block, I want to attach them with studs. What manufacture would you recommend. If any members have bought TF heads and attached them with studs, What did you end up buying? Thanks members...

If your headers have thick flanges then you'll need the correct studs on the bottom row. I ended up buying ARP studs by length since none of the kits available then had the correct parts in them.

Hello Andy- I have TTI 1 7/8 inch Primaries. I think they have fairly thick flanges. May just be use bolts. But studs aren't cheap and the cost of the extra bolts you had to buy for the header flange to clear.

If this is the case, I'll also add to see if you can work with ARP to create a proper kit for these heads for the next buyer. Sometimes it just takes the buyer to let a vendor know it's in demand.

So the best that I can tell, I used ARP part#145-4206 studs on my TF270 heads. On the dyno we ran them with my Hooker 5209 2 inch headers and did not have any fitment issues. These are the 12 point nut kits.
