If your headers have thick flanges then you'll need the correct studs on the bottom row. I ended up buying ARP studs by length since none of the kits available then had the correct parts in them. If this is the case, I'll also add to see if you can work with ARP to create a proper kit for these heads for the next buyer. Sometimes it just takes the buyer to let a vendor know it's in demand.

So the best that I can tell, I used ARP part#145-4206 studs on my TF270 heads. On the dyno we ran them with my Hooker 5209 2 inch headers and did not have any fitment issues. These are the 12 point nut kits.
