Dyno'd Whreatcrafts 432 BBM today made 1608 hp 1055 hp at 8000 rpm still making power and torque but didn't want to go any higher F1x12 Procharger 440-1 heads.

Thanks!

Aren't those results kind of weak with a solid race block?

Aren't those results kind of weak with a solid race block? I think 1608 on a 432@8000 is pretty impressive Cab. I think the 1055 was meant to be torque unless I'm wrong........

Not knowing what CFM the carb is has a lot to do with my thinking it was not making a lot of power, what CFM is it? The smallest restriction on the intake side of air and fuel will be the limiting factor on power and fuel and air flow I've never built or race a motor with a blow through carb with either a centrifugal supercharger or turbos, my only blower experience is with pump gas roots blowers on 4 different motors, 3 motors with carbs and one with EFI None of them made over 2.0 HP per C.I. either, let alone 3.+ HP per C.I. I am probably to use to hearing guys racing heads up with turbos and procharger on methanol making 6.+ HP per C.I. with a lot more boost

That is very cool. I have been starting to plan a small cube power adder deal somewhere in the 400ish cube range. 3.anything per cube is unicorn numbers in my world. Awesome job. Do you know any specs on the piston/rings? I am curious what it takes to stand up to that kind of PSI.

Cool I am very interested in valve train specs too if it's not a big secret. Does the engine use a steel exhaust valve?

I assume you are using a boost reference fuel pressure regulator. it starts off at 9.5 PSI difference and ends at 13.6 PSI. I thought it should maintain a steady pressure over the reference pressure.

It’s going in Ron’s dragster. Anyone that knows Ron, knows he runs the balls off of everything he owns. The goal here would be big power with concentration on longevity and consistency versus a max power effort.

He might still have a good bit of power left in that combo just based on the timing. I've messed with a few procharged methanol set ups before and depending on how they're built, methanol seems to like the "abuse" - high compression, aggressive timing and plenty of fuel lol.
Cruiser: 66 Dodge Coronet 500, Indy SR 440, Gen 7 Accel EFI = 11.38 @ 116. Racing: Brand X, X275 Procharged Smallblock on M1, Leafsprings, Holley EFI = 4.30 @ 168
