This is what I was talking about But that's on non-ceramic coated stainless, right? Yes. Not sure if it would do anything to the ceramic coating.

I used 0000 also and then mothers or rouge [brown] for any tough spots I've used 000 steel wool with carb cleaner on oil stains. Then aluminum polish. Pick your brand. Mine still look very good going on 8 years of use. Want them perfect? Send them to QC coatings in Shelby township Mi. Nobody better anywhere. Bills stuff is excellent Doug

This is what I use on mine and it has gotten everything off so far: http://www.rotobuff.com/product-page/roto-buff-polish-1It also works awesome for rims and any other metal you would normally polish. They also offer a bunch of other good tools and compounds for your polishing needs. I have been using their stuff for 15+ years and haven't found anything better yet.
