But that's on non-ceramic coated stainless, right?

Yes. Not sure if it would do anything to the ceramic coating.

I've used 000 steel wool with carb cleaner on oil stains. Then aluminum polish. Pick your brand. Mine still look very good going on 8 years of use. Want them perfect? Send them to QC coatings in Shelby township Mi. Nobody better anywhere. Bills stuff is excellent

This is what I use on mine and it has gotten everything off so far:

It also works awesome for rims and any other metal you would normally polish. They also offer a bunch of other good tools and compounds for your polishing needs. I have been using their stuff for 15+ years and haven't found anything better yet.

QC coated them. The ceramic is burnt and darkened by the flange.

Cleaned up the headers today. Used the orange Zep grease cleaner. Worked real nice with a red scotch brite pad. The burnt ceramic parts now look like semi gloss silver. I like it, gives it a racy look. Thanks guys.
