Wife hooked up a set for my Challenger last year for Xmas. Very nice! Don't know that I'll lve long enough to get time to install them but thats another issue

Aftermarket is fine but want aluminum over plastic.

What screws are used to attach the hinges to the roof?

RT specialties use to sell a kit to mount the louvers. The Factory used 6 crush rivet screw on the top under the hinge. You would drill your roof and squeeze these screw rivits in . The bottom is held by basically hood pins that have a slot that the louver goes down into. You have to drill holes in the panel at the bottom of the windows and put nuts on each side of the panel and tighten the pins to hold them in place. Maybe Dales Cuda shop or others have the kits. The Six screws need to belong enough to go through the louver hinge and a gasket and then these Rivits are longer than the door rivits so the screws are maybe and inch of inch and a half long. Some one on here will post pictures of the screws.
