... Yes you are correct . The lifters are stood up even a little straighter in this block we are at 47゚...

Question,thought 48" cams were a little tough to get, now at 47" degrees. Just curious. Thanks, awesome effort keep us updated.

I know there are some MoPar 48 degree UGL blanks still out there..........60 m.m. cores.
But if you want to pay for it , you can get anything you want.

Seems to me a 47-degree could use a 48-degree core. Cam grinder may whine a bit but I'm sure it's all sorted out ahead of time.

Race Roller UGL Camshafts
48° tappet “R” blocks (R1, R2, R3, R4) and 48° tappet aluminum blocks require special camshafts. These UGL (unground lobe) camshafts enable cam grinders to grind specific cam profiles to create a finished cam. Cannot be used in engine as-is.

brett has 30 cores that could go as big as a 565 lobe in 47 or 48*.pick your poison

Bullit has 50mm cam cores they cut a 2.00 core down to the 50mm that is like 1.966 something like that size they just cut one down for me last summer

Would a been used for oiling.. But beings how we have roller bearings they will do nothing but be along for the ride.. Got to use my friends laser tool.. Man did it make for an easy set up when mapi now the camshaft
