Can the oil pan gasket be replaced without pulling the engine?
Bonus question; how hard is it to replace the rear main seal too?
I'm pretty certain a majority of the leak(ing) is from the gasket because it didn't leak until I messed with the pan back when I replaced the timing chain.
While I don't mind the rust proofing aspect of it leaking, the stench of it leaking on hot exhaust is getting annoying.
I would consult my service manual, but it's packed away right now, so I'm asking here instead.
Thanks!
