Does anyone have the specs on these o rings, or where I can get some? I'm missing the small O ring, but it would be nice to have some spares, for a case just like this!

Are you talking about the small thin one that goes around the pump snout that slides up into the block or the other small one between the pump cover and the pump body?

Anyone that make/sells replacement hydraulic hoses and components will have them.

I may have a few new ones out in the shop, I'll try and dig one out and measure it with a dial caliper in the morning and post the size on here before noon.

Thanks for finding and posting those, do appreciate it. neither of them have the one I need.

It's the smaller one on the left of the "Seal Ring".

Looks like Milodon 21591 might have it.

The MoPar pn is 2084 355

I think it's called an oil pickup seal, even though the pickup itself screws into the block I think this O ring seals the passage from the pickup to the pump rotors.

Unfortunately, I got rid of all my B/RB stuff a long time ago so I can't measure anything out for you.

Yes, but if I don't know the size, I don't know what to ask for. I can approximate off of the grove in the casting, but would rather have something specific.

Yes, the Milodon is it. All I can say is thanks for taking the slack of my laziness. I did search Summit earlier, but just didn't drill down correctly. I started from scratch and this came up.

Good point, helps if I tell the whole story. This is a pump that I've had around for a while, and want to use on an engine. It has the large o ring, but not the small. Seeing as how it is missing, I'd like to replace it, but also have a spare around. Never hurts...

Will do! Once I get hold of one, I'll do that!

Now all I have to do is remember to do it!

OD of the whole O ring is 13/16.

OD of the material is 5/64.

This is from the Milodon kit.

Try a 2-017 O-Ring. Any decent hyd hose shop should be able to get you taken care of. May even be able to hit a local hardware store for them.
It should cost you about $0.20 or less for one.

Parker O-Ring size guide for 2-xxx sizes.

From the Milodon website on BB Mopar oil pumps:

"NOTE: This pump does not use stock Chrysler O-ring around gear set. Special supplied O-ring must be used, also available in system rebuild kit #21590.

21815"

We're not talking about a Milodon oil pump.

The gasket kit, 21591, info from Milodon:

Quote
CHRYSLER OIL SYSTEM GASKET & O-RING KIT

Includes oil pump to block, pressure regulator assembly, old style oil filter adapter gasket, oil pump and pick-up O-rings for Milodon Oil Systems or any other Chrysler Hemi and Wedge oil pumps. Contains all components necessary
