As usual your work is very impressive.

Which spray gun did you use again for painting the car?

Robert

I used Matt black vinyl to cover the silver insulation (recommended by others) then started to install the new headliner. This is the fourth car I install the headliner on, and it seems to be getting a little easier ;-)

Pat - that headliner looks very nice!

I like the insulation and black vinyl cover over as well.

Excellent work as usual, though I think you are giving me a false sense of security that I can do mine, lol.
Also like the black Vinyl idea.

By "shaved" do you mean the sides where it wraps around to the 1/4 panel?
Looks fabulous by the way.

Pat, As everyone else has said extremely impressive work and work environment, the time you take to photograph and document the build is equally as impressive.

Its a real shame that Photobucket blurs out all the previous pictures flame.

Couple questions:

1) With all of those lines and respective parts did you do a prefit prior to paint and body work or are you fabricating and installing all as you go?

2) on the vinyl roof install, i understand the center panel install but when you move to the side panels, Do you have any help, someone holding it up on one end? getting that wide a panel over an arched roof section and not touch the sail panel is a magic trick.

Henry

Shaved refers to the bolt holes that were removed, But I also cut the bumpers down by a total of 3/4ā€œ, 3/8ā€ on each side.
Thank you!
Pat

Everything has been fitted to the car with exception of exhaust. I made all of the brake, fuel and AC lines over three years ago. (wow has it been that long :-)
Thank you!
Pat
