Depends on what you are trying to do. A race set up? street cruiser?

You know the answer, it depends of course on what power are you want to make work
If you want to make 500 HP with a stock stroke 440 the Stealths are your answer, If you wanting to make 700+ HP with a stock stroke 440 the B1 or better(maybe a good set of ported440-1 with multiple carbs) are your best solution work twocents

Exactly.

TF’s are a great value if they’ll work for what you’re trying to build.

But if you’re trying to build a 1000hp 572...... it doesn’t matter how good of a value that are....... they’re the wrong choice.

As said, depends on what you’re trying to do. 10 years ago I was trying to build a street strip car that would go 11.50’s, and I was on a thin budget. I bought a set of Stealths.... today the car has gone into the 11-teens with the same heads, so they were a great value for me.
