I can’t believe how fast he went. Sad, really sad. No kidding. It's been a little over a month since he started the thread about his situation. It's a hell of a shame. I never met the dude, but had considered trying to make it to one of his get-togethers. Seemed like the friendly type. He'd been a fixture here for a while now. Not gonna be the same without him, that's for sure.

So sorry for the Harmon family and for the Moparts family we have lost a great guy. Hard to imagine what it must have been like to go that quickly but at least I hope he didn't suffer too much. Stu you are going to be sorely missed. RIP

Can anyone confirm the year Stu was born? Was it 1960? Just want to know so I can put it into a little graphic I'm working on to honor his memory. August 18, 1959... One week older than me. I believe you are incorrect. He was nearly a year younger than me even though we graduated from high school the same year. I'm Oct. 31, 1959. It should be 1960. I stand corrected... Sincere apologies

I casually mentioned on Moparts one time many years ago-maybe 2004 or 05-that I wanted a Union 76 ball for my antenna but I couldn't get one locally. Without hesitation, he asked for my address and sent me a few the next day, no payment accepted. I still have the ball on my Charger so Stu will always be along for the ride.
I never met him but I miss him. It still hasn't set in that he's gone.

I talked to Stu last summer at the car show in Santa Clara and he told me about his fight and it was kicking his ass but he seemed to be in good spirits at the time and thought he was passed it. I got to go to his club house a few years ago and that guy was just an asset to the whole car Community. He always had his tent out with snacks he bought with his own money and always had a joke or two he was a great guy to know in person and I will never forget him. Rest in peace brother
