The rivets attaching the plastic headlight door cover to the door frame are loose and the door rattles (especially when idling). Does anybody offer new rivets or any "backyard" suggestions about tightening them up? Thanks

I'd just drill them out and use a small bolt/nut combo.

I wish I could. The exposed rivet face is actually part of the headlight door face decor. Plus its flat black. Using a nut & bolt would offer a "not so original" look. Thanks though!

Oh I though you were talking about the ones on the side. good luck maybe you could inject some glue and let them set-up for a day or two. Or maybe if they are really loose try and wedge some thin pieces of plastic between the rivet head and the back of the door. Kind of like a shim?
