Hey guys, looks like I'm picking up a "36 Dodge truck, all stock, mostly there, other than the grille of course. (anybody have one for sale?)
It will need cab corners, I have seen them for sale from two places, SRPM and a "37plyguy", has anyone used either of these, good or bad review?
This will be my first street rod, always had, and still have Mopar musclecars.

Also, I will not be using the original motor and trans, so if you're in the SoCal area, I'm sure we can work something out.

There was a guy in Idaho that made grills for 30's era cars and trucks. I want to say his business name was "Grill Art" or something similar. I had a 37 but made my own cab corners so cannot speak to the businesses you mentioned.

if the cab corners are from the same guy that also makes rockers and door/cowl bottom panels for a 33 dodge sedan, then i believe they will be of pretty good quality.
my one buddy got the above mentioned panels for his sedan, and they fit great. he has been a body man for 50+ years, and he has seen some real junk over his time in the business.
if i can, i'll try to get in touch with him over the weekend and find out who it was.

I did see that SRPM also does panels for the mid-'30s coupes as well, so probably them. I haven't picked it up yet, other stuff popped up, hopefully go get it in a week or so, assuming it doesn't sell beforehand. The tailgate is bent from what I can see, but I happen to have a '37 Plymouth tailgate I can use, (better looking that the Dodge one anyway).

Thank you, no rush, I haven't picked it up, and will most likely wait a bit to start on it, just wanted to kinda prepare a game plan.
